A little about us...
Hello, we are ODYN Management. We are a Multi-Family and Commercial Management company with our hearts and minds set on serving owners and tenants in the Middle Rio Grande Valley of New Mexico.
Our goal is and has always been to simplify the investment vehicle of real estate so that it can be just that, an investment vehicle. An owner who wishes to remain passive should not have to worry about the security of their asset, the care of their tenants, and they day-to-day complications that are guaranteed to arise.
Concurrently, we know it is equally important for a tenant to not worry about their relationship with their landlord. Our tenants know that their property/space will be maintained, lease obligations will be upheld, and they know we are there to help guide them in understanding their obligations.
Through owning our own real estate, and managing multi-family and commercial properties for other owners in the Albuquerque MSA, we have learned how to quickly identify the pain points of our clients on both sides of the lease and eliminate that pain.

Meet the Team
Daniel Kearney, CEO & Qualified Broker
Daniel has long had a passion for commercial real estate and development, and more importantly, how real estate impacts businesses and people. Daniel began his real estate career in early 2014 while attending the University of New Mexico. Over the years, Daniel has helped owners, investors, & business owners identify opportunities to increase their yield through the vehicle of commercial real estate.
In 2018 Daniel Co-Founded the New Mexico chapter of RESOLUT RE a local commercial real estate sales & leasing firm. Daniel remains a Vice President and partner in this firm.
Daniel takes pride in creating investment strategies that are curtailed to the specific needs of his clients. Over the years of evaluating real estate and advising investors, it became apparent that a strong & secure investment could be created by adding good brokerage and even better MANAGEMENT.
In 2020, Daniel Co-Founded ODYN Management with his wife Brooke Kearney who comes from an extensive background in property management.

Brooke Kearney - Director of Property Management
Brooke began her Real Estate career in 2015 returning to Albuquerque from the University of Alaska - Fairbanks. For over three years, Brooke gained property management experience at a national property management firm renowned for their management of Luxury Apartment buildings. Upon her departure from her tenure at the firm, Brooke was seeking growth and responsibility and worked for two local property management firms and assisted in the management of 200+ single family homes & luxury apartments.
Brooke co-founded ODYN Management with her husband in 2020 who comes from an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate leasing and sales.
Brooke now manages Platinum Luxury Apartments in Nob Hill in addition to a multitude of other residential and commercial properties in the Albuquerque area.
