We will work with you to procure a lease that fits the need of your property, and tenant. Should legal guidance be required, we work hand in hand with our attorneys or yours. We handle lease signing and keep all records of leases for a minimum of 6 years.
Should you have a leasing broker, we work hand in hand with them to strategize on how to keep the property looking it's best, leased, and make their job as easy as possible. When a lease is signed, we take it from there.
In the case of multi-family, we handle turning all units to look brand new before move-in. In the case of commercial, we work with the tenant, landlord, architects, contractors, and municipalities to make sure that the project stays on time, on budget, and the tenant opens for business.
Whether our tenants are residents or businesses, we want them to stick around as long as possible. We work with our tenants early to make sure they extend their lease.
We communicate with our owners as much or as little as they like but at minimum of a once a month round up call and delivery of financial reports. We'll be there when you call.
All of our service contractors are carefully selected and vetted. We handle all communication with them, billing, and keep these relationships strong.
We make sure all property expenses are accounted for and expenses that tenants are obligated for are passed through to them.
